1. Avington Glen At The Arbors & Avington Glen At The Enclave in Lawrenceville GA
Avington Glen hits Gwinnett’s median price point sweet spot on both sides. The Enclave offers homes for sale under $200,000 while the homes in the “Arbors” section are over $200,000. Both new construction are by the same builder and both are zoned for Archer High School
2. Chateau Elan, Braselton
Chateau Elan is often not considered Gwinnett, but there is a sliver of Chateau Elan that is zoned for Mill Creek High School and has a Gwinnett County address. This community, one of the largest in the state is still building and prices are relatively affordable (compared to years ago).
3. Park Haven
Priced from the high $200’s to the mid $300’s this Archer High School district neighborhood is a marvel for Lawrenceville. Lawrenceville is not know for having the most high end homes and this is exactly why Park Haven does so well.
4. Parkside At Lanier Springs – Buford, GA

If square footage and great schools was all you needed then Willow Leaf is where it’s at. Yard sizes are small, but the inside of the homes are huge for what is the lowest price per square foot on the market.
8. Summer Haven – Buford, GA
If you’re looking to spend around $350,000 but have a Buford Address then this Mill Creek Cluster home is on par with some of the “greats” in Buford.
