Right now, everywhere in Metro Atlanta homes under $150,000 are selling faster then we can list them. \u00a0The reason is the media price point. \u00a0If you want to sell your home fast then the easiest, quickest way is to price it below the median price (you can review the average price too). \u00a0 Depending on where you’re located the median could be higher or lower. \u00a0In Duluth, you’re look at $175,000 to $180,000 whereas Lawrenceville is only in the $140’s to $150’s (depending on when you look at this). If you’re not under the Median, then you must price it right, period. \u00a0This is the most important aspect of selling the home and too often home owner overprice it and the home languishes there with no showings. \u00a0No showings equals bad price, plain and simple!<\/p>\n
