"NewTop 8 New Construction Homes For Sale In Gwinnett County

Earlier this year we mentioned to many of the would-be sellers that they needed to get on the market before the new construction. That time is now, competition is tight and many sellers’ are feeling it. In addition, home buyers have many more options on where to buy Atlanta New Construction.. Right now there are 8 (actually many more then 8 but for the sake of time and lists) top new neighborhoods in Gwinnett County.

1. Avington Glen At The Arbors & Avington Glen At The Enclave in Lawrenceville GA

Avington Glen hits Gwinnett’s median price point sweet spot on both sides. The Enclave offers homes for sale under $200,000 while the homes in the “Arbors” section are over $200,000. Both new construction are by the same builder and both are zoned for Archer High School

2. Chateau Elan, Braselton

Chateau Elan is often not considered Gwinnett, but there is a sliver of Chateau Elan that is zoned for Mill Creek High School and has a Gwinnett County address. This community, one of the largest in the state is still building and prices are relatively affordable (compared to years ago).

3. Park Haven

Priced from the high $200’s to the mid $300’s this Archer High School district neighborhood is a marvel for Lawrenceville. Lawrenceville is not know for having the most high end homes and this is exactly why Park Haven does so well.

4. Parkside At Lanier Springs – Buford, GA

Parkside has a little bit of everything everyone is looking for in a Buford Address. This community is selling very fast. Contact us at 678-999-1001 to get in on these.

5. The Del Mar Club – Dacula, GA

Quite possibly the fastest selling community of the bunch and the one with the most available inventory. This means more deals for home buyers, despite the funny name.

6. Trilogy Park – Hoschton, GA

Trilogy Park the neighborhood that was supposed to be for those wanting all the luxury of Hamilton Mill with the fuss of having almost 2,000 families in one spot. Trilogy Park has a ton of value and prices, although slowly creeping back up are still one of the best overall values in the Mill Creek Cluster.

7. Willow Leaf – Buford, GA

If square footage and great schools was all you needed then Willow Leaf is where it’s at. Yard sizes are small, but the inside of the homes are huge for what is the lowest price per square foot on the market.

8. Summer Haven – Buford, GA

If you’re looking to spend around $350,000 but have a Buford Address then this Mill Creek Cluster home is on par with some of the “greats” in Buford.
