{"id":365,"date":"2014-09-18T21:43:00","date_gmt":"2014-09-18T21:43:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/dev.gahomesdigest.com\/blog\/when-is-the-best-time-to-sell-my-house.html"},"modified":"2014-09-18T21:43:00","modified_gmt":"2014-09-18T21:43:00","slug":"when-is-the-best-time-to-sell-my-house","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/search4.homes\/when-is-the-best-time-to-sell-my-house\/","title":{"rendered":"When Is The Best Time To Sell My House?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>It&#8217;s hard to believe that when we looked at this back in 2014 that this would be so popular, but clearly since posting this video it&#8217;s even more clear that there are indeed best times to sell your home. \u00a0 When we did our <a title=\"Atlanta Real Estate Market\" href=\"\/atlanta-real-estate-market-update-2017\/\">Atlanta Market Update<\/a> earlier this year you can clearly see where the swings and valleys are. \u00a0So while I&#8217;d probably tell you that the best time to sell is when you need to move (in other words, don&#8217;t time the market) clearly the data is compelling enough to suggest that you could indeed time your move to coincide with a real estate cycle.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"font-size: 12px;
